¥18,000 per person. Private class for two guests (¥36,000 in total).
Other charges 商品代金以外の必要料金
  • PayPal payments: a 4% fee is added.
  • Any transfer fees charged by Wise, PayPal or your bank are paid by the sender. The deposit must reach us in full.
  • Travel to and from Higashikishiwada Station is at the guest's own cost.

Deposit of ¥18,000 when your date is confirmed. Balance of ¥18,000 on the day (cash) or beforehand (Wise).

  • 7 days or more before the class: full refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 7 days before: no refund, but a free change of date if one is available.
  • No-show: no refund or change.
  • Cancellation by us: full refund of everything paid.

What we collect

When you send the booking form: your name, email address, the country you're travelling from, your preferred dates, any allergies or dietary needs you choose to tell us about, and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive what you send there.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange your class and prepare it safely (for example, planning around allergies). We don't sell your information, and we won't send you marketing emails because you used the booking form.

Where it is stored

Your form details are handled by three services we use to run our bookings:

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for up to 7 years, as required for tax purposes in Japan. Everything else is deleted once we no longer need it, or sooner if you ask us.

Allergies and dietary needs

If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use this only to prepare your class.

Newsletter (optional)

If you subscribe to our Japan Food Diary, Brevo stores your first name and email address so we can send you occasional stories. This is separate from booking, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected].

This website

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
